[ I establish the following terms and conditions applicable to the vehicle rental process. ]

1.- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable and will remain as a benefit to the company.
2.- The rented vehicle will include the service of a company operator.
3.- The rented vehicle will provide uninterrupted service for a period of 10 consecutive hours, starting from the moment the contract is activated.
4.- The operator reserves the right to cancel the service if the agreed number of passengers is not met, or if the vehicle is overloaded.
5.- The operator is not authorized to access dirt road areas corresponding to this service.
6.- In case of non-compliance with the established return time, an additional charge of $300.00 MXN will apply for each extra hour.
7.- Before starting the trip, it is necessary to pay the full amount for the service.
8.- In the event of a mechanical failure of the vehicle, we guarantee the replacement of the unit within a maximum period of 10 hours.
9.- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited during the journey.
10.- The transport of explosive materials is prohibited, including but not limited to: gas tanks, fireworks, and diving oxygen cylinders.
11.- The specific route to be followed by the rented vehicle must be defined before signing the contract.
12.- All expenses incurred by the vehicle, such as fuel, parking, and tolls, are the responsibility of the contractor.
13.- The rented vehicle is prohibited from circulating during the early morning hours unless the reason has been specified and agreed upon in writing before signing the contract.
14.- It is strictly prohibited for the rented vehicle to be used to transport or facilitate the transport of undocumented immigrants.
15.- The use of this vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to, the transportation of illicit substances, weapons, or any other items prohibited by law.
16.- The rented vehicle includes accident insurance and offers traveler protection coverage.
17.- It is mandatory to respect the speed limit established on the road at all times.
